How shipping works
Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before we pack it. We tell you the exact shipping cost for your city or country, and you pay only after you agree.
Ghee travels in sealed, labelled tins. Sweets and namkeen are packed airtight in food-grade boxes and sent by air courier abroad, or by surface/air courier within India. You get a tracking number once it leaves Indore.

Damaged parcels & returns
Food cannot be returned once delivered, for hygiene reasons.
If a tin or box arrives damaged or leaking, send us a photo or video on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund that item — no arguments.
If customs in your country holds or refuses an item, we will help with the paperwork; refunds in that case are decided case by case.
